What to do if you have a Claim?
When reporting a claim, no matter what the policy, it is important to report it as soon as possible.
During regular business hours, Monday to Friday, you may submit your claim to OTC Insurance Brokers using the links below. We will forward your claim information on to your insurance company. You may also contact your insurance company directly to report the claim.
If you are reporting a claim outside regular business hours such as evenings, weekends or Holidays please be sure to report the claim directly to your insurance company.

To report a claim please visit the Report a Claim page on Dominion’s website. There you will find the local and toll-free numbers for the different Dominion offices across Canada. Please also review their Claims Service Commitment page as it outlines what you should expect to happen and timelines after submitting a claim.

SUM Insurance – The type of policy you have will determine which department you need to report your claim to with SUM Insurance. Please visit their Reporting Claims page of their website. There it outlines exactly what phone numbers to contact for each type of policy you may hold.
